iPhone 5 Will Support Dual Mode CDMA / GSM

Well, another releases and rumors concerning iPhone 5, we got a report from TechCrunch that The next iPhone will be Dual mode, it will support CDMA networks like Verizon in the US and GSM networks like T-Mobile & AT&T.

The source sent app registrations from a few number of persons who are using a new Apple device that is surely dual-mode.
The logs show that the app has been briefly tested by a handful of people using what is almost certainly an iPhone 5, evidently running iOS 5, sporting two distinct sets of mobile network codes (MNC) / mobile country codes (MCC). Those codes can be used to uniquely identify mobile carriers.

Sure enough, some registrations for the app – which the developer also asked not to be named – were logged from a new Apple device, using the MNC/MCC codes from both Verizon and AT&T.
This comes in line with Fran Shammo’s - Verizon CFO – remarks
"The fluctuation, I believe, will come when a new device from Apple is launched, whenever that may be, and that we will be, on the first time, on equal footing with our competitors on a new phone hitting the market, which will also be a global device."
