iOS 5.0.1 Untethered Jailbreak On iPhone 4S and iPad 2 With JailbreakMe Is A Fantasy

In a sad statement for all iOS users and jailbreak community, Comex the well know hacker and iOS developer has declare on his twitter account that he is not going to develop any more. This statement shows that untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 won't come soon. As know that Comex was the only hacker responsible for jailbreaking iPad 2. Some info declare that Comex won't work with jailbreak community as he joined Apple Co. Check the full report after the jump.




He said in his tweet that :
People still occasionally ask me on Twitter for jailbreaks for various iOS devices, and it makes me feel bad. I don’t develop them anymore.


Comex the well know developer for iOS devices has released many jailbreak tools as SpiritJB, JailbreakMe 2.0 and JailbreakMe 3.0. JailbreakMe has been released previously to jailbreak iPad 2 on iOS 4.3.3. Now a lot of iPhone 4S lovers are waiting for untethered jailbreak to be released but the indicators shows that it will be delayed.

So we can say that untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 is now limited between iPhone Dev-Team who is responsible for Redsn0w jailbreak and Chronic Dev-Team who is resposible for Greenpoison jailbreak. We showed you previously that p0sixninja the famous hacker over Chronic Dev-Team and the developer for greenpoison tool hide a surprise which represents the hope for jailbreak community to jailbreak iOS 5 on all iDevices ( Untethered Jailbreak ) Let's wait and see what will happen over the next days.
